i carried a watermelon

I used to be the person who didn’t “do” sports. That was always my excuse. I was so lazy; the most exercise I would get was on my dance mat at home. (Although I am amazing at that…)

Nowadays I do at least an hour of P90X 6 days a week and I just ran 5k before 7am.

If only 15-year-old me could see me now. Just because I haven’t seen much progression to my outer body, doesn’t mean I’m not changing both physically and mentally.

And I like the changes I’m making.
