just queued a fuckton of things so I can continue to be absent
I’m back at uni around the 8th September, but my dad’s there for a few days, so I won’t be working out then either. As soon as he’s gone I am going to
- try to run as often as possible (at the VERY LEAST twice a week I mean come on)
- for the first week (AT LEAST) cut out ALL junk food
- eat as much fruit and veg as possible
- cut down laptop-time and actually go out into the world to do things
I cannot WAIT to get back there. This summer has been terrible for so many reasons and I’ve completely stopped doing anything good for myself. So! The start of this year of uni is going to be a detox.
