aaah I needed that :) I feel a lot better now I’ve eaten some, after craving them for days!
wish my bananas would hurry up and ripen :(
Day 16
Stayed up super late again last night because I wanted to catch Once Upon a Time (oh my god Emma what did you just do?!) so my workout was a bit later today but it was still just as sweaty.
I’m over half way through the shred and I can already see muscles in my arms that weren’t there before… so I have hope for the end, even if I can’t yet see any other changes :)
